Introduction

DPEdit- Allows user to create, edit and store master copies of dye programs in the server - Provide estimated step time and process curve - Monitor and record results of downloaded dye programs in the FC controllers

History Analyser- This software module provides flexible searching tool to display all the information of the historical batches - List out important batch information in curves and report format for analysis - Display Process curves such as temperature, dosing, etc. for reviewing dye operation parameters

Production Planning- This software module allows production scheduling with colour graphical interface by simply inputting the batch information - Dyeing machine can start the scheduled batch automatically without any unnecessary operation procedure - Reschedule simply by the drag-drop function - Display important information on the color bar
