Introduction

The advantages of applying radio frequency (RF) technology in the drying of textile material are rapid drying, low temperature drying, uniform humidity, and so on. The RF technology is excellent for drying packages with high density and also maintains fibre quality and softness effectively.

Advantages
  • Wide Ranges of Applications
RF dryer allows the drying of natural and synthetic fibres in staple, hank, cone, package and top forms, directly after hydro-extraction.

  • Excellent Drying Results
RF technology enables selective heating on humid regions. The residual humidity can be controlled within ±1%, which improves fibre quality and softness as well as the consistency of the drying level.

  • Low Temperature Drying
RF technology enables uniform drying at low temperature. It eliminates overheating and the migration of dyes (certain limitations with unfixed direct dyes), thus resulting in excellent drying.

  • Energy Saving
As much as 1.3-1.4kg of water can be evaporated every hour for each kW electric power consumed. The continual conveyor belt operation maintains a high production capacity.

  • Advanced Control Functions
Equipped with PLC controller to provide instant control and adjustment. Operating panel is user-friendly and highly automated.

  • Conveyor Belt Option
The tractor type conveyor belt is suitable for packages or material contained in plastic boxes; The mesh type conveyor belt is suitable for hank yarn, loose stock, top and so on.

  • Patented Dual Power Design
L and H models equipped with different power rating triodes which provide different RF power to fulfill change of production capacity.
